A lot of people are discussing those Post 80. People argue that there is no definition on Post 80, and the group size is small and should not be the topic of discussion. I am not in a position to define and comment on. However, I like to mention Participatory culture, web 2.0 (O'Reilly, 2003) and Digital Natives (Prensky, 2001). Reveiwing the blogs of Henry Jenkins, he has tried to relate O'Reilly web2.0 with the participatory culture. Jenkins defined the Participatory culture as "A participatory culture is a culture with relatively low barriers to artistic expression and civic engagement, strong support for creating and sharing one's creations, and some type of informal mentorship whereby what is known by the most experienced is passed along to novices. Hong Kong people are having hot debate on building a great railway costing 68 billion. The so called Post 80 (those born after 80') strongly against the railway as it is too expensive and not necesary. Stephen Heppell, famous ICT scholar, gave a speech about Learning at 2016, mentioned that a few years ago UK built a perfect railway but however, people brought their own cars. Stephen mentioned our school is same as the railway, mobile learning is having great breakthrough on learning while we still regard our school as a perfect railway. MacBook Pro is really an up-to-date technology. I just uploaded all my cat's photos into Mac, used iPhoto face recognized function to categorize all my cat's photos under one folder. Just clicked on SlideShow function, all the photos were then sent to a defaut slide show template, I can even choose my faviourte music. Besides shifting between different templates, I can choose between duration of each photos or fit to the selected music duration. Finally, the whole photo MV can be output to mp4 and then uploaded to YouTube. All the process is within one or two hours, mostly were on selection of photos and the sequence of photos. Since the mp4 is stored in iTunes, of course it can be downloaded to my iPod Touch. What should I say?

Back to my notebook and continue my sharing. Actually it is not purely about iTouch, it is about iTunes. Last month I met a friend using iPhone, but seldom use iTunes. He is losing a great fruitfull learning resources for connecting to huge resources of learning materials. From iTunes, you can access US site and then iTunes U. In the iTunes U, you will find that a lot of World top Unveristies has created a lot of free audio or video learning materials there, including Oxford, MIT, Open U etc. If you subscripe those audo or video learning materials, those newly produced episodes will automaticaly download to your computer. You do not need to go to that sites, the materials go to your computer instead. Out of your expectation, RTHK has uploaded a lot of programmes in iTunes U of US site, you can then subscribe RTHK with your iTunes. I am the one who has contributed to the first millionth English word. Reviewing my blog, I have 3 tagging of "web2.0". In my del.icio.us, I have 20 tagging of using "web2.0". I never think of making a record by individual contribution. However, this is what the mindset of "web2.0" about, everyone can contribute, share and at the end, knowledge is constructed. Now web2.0 is collaboratively constructed as the millionth English word. Great.

Online discussion has been implemented in higher education sectors for many years but how students can learn with on-line discussion is still under debate. A phenomenographic research conducted by Goodyear and Zenior has provided some insight for further discussion. However, I like their contribution in integrating Popper three world perspectives with Bereiter’s knowledge building and conceptual learning into the explanation of learning through online discussion.
