A lot of people are discussing those Post 80. People argue that there is no definition on Post 80, and the group size is small and should not be the topic of discussion. I am not in a position to define and comment on. However, I like to mention Participatory culture, web 2.0 (O'Reilly, 2003) and Digital Natives (Prensky, 2001). Reveiwing the blogs of Henry Jenkins, he has tried to relate O'Reilly web2.0 with the participatory culture. Jenkins defined the Participatory culture as "A participatory culture is a culture with relatively low barriers to artistic expression and civic engagement, strong support for creating and sharing one's creations, and some type of informal mentorship whereby what is known by the most experienced is passed along to novices.
